•  10-15 nuts of Almonds (20g if ground)
  • 20grams of Blueberry
  • 4 medium size Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon of Rosehip
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Organic Spirulina
  • 1 tablespoon of Blackstrap molasses
  • 5-8 normal size ice cubes
  • 7 dl water

 

The smoothie is entirely plant based; the Almonds and Blueberries can be changed to some preferable nuts & fruits. Serves three people, cooled and is most beneficial on an empty stomach.
