There are many healing methods out there, but only one is approve of God. It is is GOD’S PLAN. We need to be Always Temperate, Always, in good things while shunning all injurious things.
We need Nutrition for energy. Eating more than needed will turn into extra weight.

N stands for Nutrition. This is what feeds the body and provides the energy we need to live. It should include carbohydrates for energy, protein for muscle, fats, vitamins and minerals; and fruits, nuts, seeds, grains and vegetables are most beneficial for health. Trust in Divine power. A large portion of of emotional illness come as a bi-product of fear, bitterness, grief, loneliness, distrust, idleness, jealousy, stress, want of confidence, well the list could be made longer.
